Containers can only be filled neatly to water level. There can be nothing sticking above the top or out to the side of the container. This is for the safety of you, our drivers and other motorists’ safety.

Any types of hazardous or special waste are prohibited from going into the container. No paints, pesticides, oil, etc.

We do not remove the container until our customer calls for the container to be removed. The container will be removed (provided it is accessible, clear, and properly loaded) within two business days.

NOTE: Any metal items, batteries and or appliances should be placed on the top of the dumpster.


NON-ACCEPTABLE

“Waste Bans” are restrictions on the disposal and transfer for disposal of certain hazardous and recyclable items at solid waste facilities in Massachusetts. The bans are located in the state’s solid waste facility management regulations, 310 CMR 19.017.

The following items are banned and can not be disposed of in our containers
(you will be subject to additional handling fees* levied by the disposal sites if
any of these items are found in our containers):

All hazardous materials, Asbestos, Freon, propane tanks over 20lbs, fluorescent light bulbs, paint/solvents, and fuel/oil are prohibited in our containers.

Disclosure Statement

We are not responsible for the removal of any items left outside of or leaning against our container at the time of service/removal.

If dumpster needs to be moved from one location to another Green Monster Charges a $50.00 relocation fee.

The following items if included in the container will result in an additional charge to dumpster rental and should be loaded on last and on top so as to be visible Mattresses & box springs, television & monitors tires batteries propane tanks Freon items refrigerator a/c etc…

The containers are not watertight. When retrieved, they are loaded one end at a time, causing liquids within to run out the end and onto the ground. The customer is responsible for damage to driveway and roads, etc. caused by runoff from waste loaded into container.

Customer is responsible for extra weight of the dumpster due to snow, rain or ice that may occur during the time of rental period.

The customer will direct or advise drop off location of container.

All care will be given when dropping and picking up the dumpster. The customer shall understand that Green Monster Container operates heavy duty equipment and acknowledges Green Monster Container will not be held liable for any damage to pavement, lawn, driving surfaces, septic systems, underground utilities or overhead utilities resulting from its trucks and/or equipment servicing and agreed upon location. ALL care will be given when dropping and picking up the dumpster.
